Important Notice:
Unfortunately the manufacturer of the Element Electronics MP3 Player (Model EMP31GB)  did not upgrade the chipset that allows for the player to play back Digital Rights Management (DRM) protected files. This can be MP3 or WMA files from Napster.com, as well as other sites.

It does play MP3 and WMA files you may have uploaded from your CDs to your computer or other sites that do not have DRM files. Just drag and drop the files onto the MP3 Player.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. The free music on the promotion via the Napster website will still work in other devices supporting DRM music and can still be downloaded to a CD or played off of a computer, just not on this MP3 Player.

In place of our error we are providing our customers with a link to emusic.com for 35 free downloads. These downloads will work with this MP3 player, as they are MP3 files and not DRM protected. emusic.com
